The Quebec Experience Program is an accelerated selection program designed to rapidly issue a Quebec Selection Certificate to eligible foreign students. To qualify, you must be enrolled in, or have graduated from a recognized Quebec post-secondary educational institution. You must also have an advanced intermediate knowledge of oral French, or have completed your studies in French. Once you have been issued a Quebec Selection Certificate you must make a separate application for a permanent resident visa.
