International entrepreneurs who wish to operate a business in Newfoundland and Labrador will have four more opportunities to submit an Expression of Interest in 2019.
Candidates must meet certain eligibility criteria in order to be considered for the International Entrepreneur category. Among others, prospective immigrants must create, co-manage, or purchase a business in the province and demonstrate their intent to reside permanently in Newfoundland and Labrador. They must also be an active part of the company’s daily operations.
The Expression of Interest process for those interested in immigrating to Newfoundland and Labrador via the International Entrepreneur category will open on the following dates:
• September 13 to 20, 2019;
• October 11 to 18, 2019;
• November 8 to 15, 2019;
• December 6 to 13, 2019.
