1. Bulgaria - Permanent Residence and Fast Track Citizenship Program
The Bulgaria Government has announced changes to the Fast Track Citizenship Program, effective immediately:
• The investment amount has changed from EUR 512,000 to EUR 1,024,000;
• The spouse can apply for citizenship 3 years after the principal applicant (reduced from 5 years);
• Processing times will be shorter.
The Bulgaria program allows clients to invest in Bulgaria-listed stocks and obtain lifelong permanent residency in just 4-6 months. Confederation offers a very attractive option to finance the purchase of stocks for 6 years. After holding PR status for 1 year, the client may apply for Fast Track citizenship (or apply for citizenship after 5 years, under the standard program). PR allows the applicant and family to work/live/study in Bulgaria, and citizenship allows visa-free travel to 142 countries (including Canada and Europe). All nationalities are welcome to apply.
2. Antigua - Citizenship by Investment Program
Due to Covid travel restrictions, the Antigua Government now allows applicants to take the Oath of Allegiance virtually. The applicant will complete a special form for this process.
An Antigua passport allows visa-free travel to many countries worldwide, including the U.K., the European Union, and Hong Kong. Iranians are eligible to apply as long as they have permanent residence status in any non-restricted country, have resided outside Iran for at least 10 years, and maintain no economic ties to Iran.
3. Dominica - Economic Citizenship Program
Citizens of Dominica may travel visa-free to all the countries of the European Union, Hong Kong, and the U.K. Dominica is a fast, efficient program, and offers both cash and real estate investment options. An Iranian national could apply if he/she provided a detailed source of funds showing that the funds were earned in another country (and funds must be transferred from that other country).
4. Portugal investment program
Portugal has the best investment program among all global citizenship programs. The program is very popular among investors from different countries. It allows eligible applicant to invest in construction projects approved by the government for immigration.
The investment will be returned to the applicant after 6 years. Short processing time and exceptional advantages of receiving residency and passport has made this program the most popular investment program.
