  • Alberta adds family relatives to eligibility criteria for the Alberta Express Entry program

On August 14, 2024, Marc Miller, Minister of Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship, will announce a new initiative aimed at strengthening Francophone communities outside Quebec.

The program, known as the Francophone Minority Communities (FMC) Student Pilot, will streamline study permit applications for French-speaking international students and enhance their integration and retention in Canada.
