As of October 31, 2024, Québec has suspended new applications under the Québec Graduate stream of the Québec Experience Program (PEQ).
Additionally, the Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration will not issue invitations for permanent selection applications under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP) or its successor, the Skilled Worker Selection Program (SWSP), effective November 29, 2024.
These measures will remain in effect until June 30, 2025, awaiting new multi-year immigration planning orientations.
