First Healthcare Express Entry Draw Since July

3,000 candidates have been invited in the healthcare category through the latest Express Entry draw. A minimum CRS score of 463 was required for selection.

This draw marks the third Express Entry round this week, following draws for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) on November 19 and the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) on November 18. It also continues a streak of consecutive weekly draws, with last week’s rounds issuing a total of 1,933 ITAs to CEC, PNP, and French-speaking candidates.

IRCC plans to increase Express Entry admissions to 124,680 next year. Of these, over 82,000 will be dedicated to the new In-Canada Focus category, prioritizing CEC candidates and others in the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and PNP-aligned streams. The remaining 41,700 admissions will target in-demand occupations under the "Federal Economic Priorities" category.
