IRCC has issued 1,000 Invitations to Apply in a new Canadian Experience Class draw. Candidates needed a minimum CRS score of 533 and an Express Entry profile created before October 17, 2025.

This is the fifth consecutive CEC draw with the same cut-off score range (533 or 534) and the same number of ITAs. Since August, IRCC has consistently used this pattern for all CEC rounds.

However, today’s draw breaks the four-week cycle that IRCC had followed from July to October. The previous CEC round took place just over two weeks earlier, on October 28.

This is the second Express Entry draw of November, following a PNP round on November 10. Before that, IRCC held a French-language draw on October 29 and another CEC draw on October 28.

So far in 2025, IRCC has issued 82,223 ITAs across all Express Entry categories. The year has been dominated by PNP draws, followed by CEC and French-language rounds. Priority occupation categories have also remained active.
