April 3, 2018 – On April 1, 2018, following a technical problem with Mon projet Québec, the Ministère received applications for a Certificat de sélection du Québec even though the intake period has not yet been determined.
Since these applications are not receivable, the Ministère must return them and reimburse payment, if applicable. The Ministère regrets the situation and apologizes for any inconveniences it may have caused.
