Most invitations (about 44%) went to regulated professions under Stream 3, confirming continued focus on healthcare and licensed occupations.
Stream breakdown:
- Stream 1 (highly skilled): 893 invitations
- Stream 2 (intermediate/manual): 509 invitations
- Stream 3 (regulated professions): 1,118 invitations
- Stream 4 (exceptional talent): 2 invitations
Selections were made from the Arrima pool on March 16.
With the PEQ pathway closed, the PSTQ is now the main route for skilled workers seeking permanent residence in Quebec.
