Quebec investor program will be open as of August 1st, 2013
The investment and net worth will remain the same as before (800,000 Cad. and 1.6 million Canadian respectively ) unchanged
the application fee will be 10,000 CAِِD.
The minister will have the right to limit the number of applications to be accepted . It is anticipated that approximately 2000 applications will be accepted with respect of up to maximum 70% application per country.
There will be less required documents to be submitted and additional updated documents can be provided at a later time as an update to the application.

The government is also planning to raise the investment and required net worth significantly as well as other eligibility criteria in a very near future.
