CIC still continues to select applicants without job offers or provincial nominations from Express Entry pool.
The seventh draw, which was made on Friday, April 10, 2015 resulted an issuance of 925 invitations to apply for permanent residence to candidates in the Express Entry pool who each had 469 or more.
The first four draws from the pool, made between January 31 and February 27, selected only candidates who had either a job offer or a provincial nomination. However the last 3 draws indicate a shift in selection. the lowest accumulated points being selected has dropped to 469 without job offer .
