Quebec Entrepreneur program is one of the Quebec three business programs. As of April first, 2016 the immigration program was reopened with a limited cap of 50 applications. The next intake will start April 01, 2017.

However, the program remains open for eligible applications who demonstrate, by means of a test recognized by the government of Quebec, that they have an advanced intermediate knowledge of French. This level is equivalent to level B2 or higher in TEF.

At this time, the Quebec investor and Self employed programs remain open for new applications. The Investor program has the same cap-exempt provision for French-speaking applicants, while the Self-Employed program has no such provision.
