Canada is one of the world's most attractive destinations for international students.

Last year, Canada welcomed 450,000 new international students, an all-time record.

As the only Canadian test designed specifically for academic purposes, CAEL is accepted by over 180 Canadian universities and colleges. CAEL is also accepted for the Student Direct Stream (SDS), which allows you to fast-track your studies in Canada, all using one test score.

IRCC has officially ended the Student Direct Stream (SDS) for study permits, effective immediately. The SDS allowed faster processing for eligible applicants from 14 countries. Alongside this, the Nigeria Student Express (NSE) program, which served a similar purpose exclusively for Nigerian nationals, has also been discontinued.

There are many study permit pathways available for international students coming to Canada, including the fast-tracked Student Direct Stream.

Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has just announced that it will accept language test results from four new tests for Student Direct Stream (SDS) applicants.
