    According to the latest legislation EB5 investment amounts increased in September 2015. Under the new legislation, investment levels would increase from $500,000 to $800,000 in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs), and from $1M to $1.2M in non-TEAs. This legislation is expected to be approved and come into effect on September 30, 2015, and EB5 application levels are already increasing.
