The Fe deral Self-Employed Worker Program is designed for foreign nationals who are self-employed in cultural activities or athletics and intend to become self-employed in Canada.
To qualify for the Federal Self-Employed Worker Program you must have:
- taken part in cultural activities or athletics at a world-class level
- been self-employed in cultural activities or athletics, or

- Film and video camera operators

- Other technical and co-ordinating occupations in motion pictures, broadcasting and the performing arts
