Quebec Immigration has announced the cap and opening dates for the all three Quebec Business programs as follow:
1) Quebec Investor program

Quebec Immigrant Investor Program will be opened between August 31, 2015 and January 29, 2016 with the previous requirements

Maximum number of files remains same as before: 1,750 applications including maximum 1,200 from China (including Macao and Hong Kong)

Exception is made for applicants proving an intermediate-advanced level of French (B2 Level): these applicants are not subject to quota limitation and may submit their file any time between now and March 31, 2016.
2) Entrepreneur Program is reopening on April 1st, 2105 with a maximum cap of 150

3) Self employed program is reopening on April 01 ,2015 with a cap of only 50 applications for a period of one year until March 31 2016.
