    Saskatchewan has opened its Express Entry category for Canadian immigration under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). This category allows the SINP to appoint individuals who are the educated, have skilled work experience, have the language ability and other reasons to assist them in successfully establishing into Saskatchewan’s labour market.

    The Tech Talent Pathway will open a new immigration option for tech workers in 11 occupations who wish to move to Saskatchewan.
    On March 7, Saskatchewan launched the new Tech Talent Pathway under the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) to attract tech workers into the province.
    The Tech Talent Pathway is intended to ease critical labour shortages in Saskatchewan’s tech sector. With this new pathway to permanent residence for tech workers, employers in Saskatchewan’s technology and innovation sectors will be able to attract more talent to support growth and increase Saskatchewan’s global competitiveness.

    The province of Saskatchewan has reopened its ] International skilled worker program through Express Entry selection under Saskatchewan PNP program . The province will accept up to 600 new applications. This sub-category allows eligible candidates in Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s will obtain 600 additional points in the selection pool therefore will receive ITA to apply for Permanent Residency .

  • Saskatchewan re-opens Skilled Worker Programme

    The International Skilled Worker Programme (SWP) of the Saskatchewan province of Canada has been re-opened for accepting applications. This is the third intake announcement. the first and second intakes did take place in January and September respectively each of 1000 cap . The province will accept another 500 applications as of November 2nd.

  • Saskatchewan Receives Increased Allocation for 2015 Nominee Program

    The province of Saskatchewan will have 5,500 immigration nominations accepted in 2015, an increase of 775 (or 16 per cent) on the 2014 total. The government of Saskatchewan, which had been seeking an increase in its program for Canadian immigration, has stated that the increased quota will help to alleviate labor market shortages. Saskatchewan currently has the lowest unemployment rate of all the Canadian provinces.

  • Saskatchewan Reopens Express Entry Stream for Canadian Immigration for Fourth Time in 2015

    The end-of-year rush on Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Express Entry nominations being issued continues, with Saskatchewan having announced on December 16, 2015 that, effective immediately, 500 additional applications will be accepted under the international skilled worker of Express entry as a sub-category of the Saskatchewan provincial nominee program (SINP).Saskatchewan also announced a corresponding increase to the year’s application quota for this sub-category, from 2,500 to 3,000. As this is an enhanced immigration stream, a successful nomination will result in applicants being awarded 600 points under the ranking system (CRS) and receiving an an invitation to apply (ITA) at a subsequent draw from the Express Entry pool.
