The province of Ontario has issued 960 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence to Express Entry candidates through its Skilled Trades and French-Speaking Skilled Worker streams so far this month.

The province of Prince Edward Island has invited 199 economic immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination for permanent residence in a draw held February 21.
PEI has now issued 1,031 invitations since the start of 2019 .
A total of 127 invitations were under the Labour and Express Entry streams. Nine invitations were issued under PEI’s business impact and work permit stream with a minimum point threshold of 65. The total number of invitations for this draw is less than the most recent draw on May 20, when 153 invitations were issued.
